Pull new team submissions from Monday.com. Cards are created once and never updated, even if Monday.com data changes.
Find column IDs with the "Inspect Columns" button below (check the browser console), in the Monday.com URL, or via the API. Leave blank to skip. If two boards use different column IDs for the same field, comma-separate both IDs (e.g. text_mkv54kad, text_abc123).
Only NEW submissions matching the Team Name will be imported. Pull automatically on page reload or click "Fetch Now" anytime.
For each card that was imported from Monday.com, pull the latest deliverable attachments and revision round label from a separate deliverables board (can be the same board submissions come from). Files are downloaded from Monday.com and re-uploaded to Google Drive. Board ID and column ID fields accept comma-separated lists if old and new boards/columns need to be synced at once during a migration.
Program-wide maintenance: removes duplicate attachment entries (same filename, or the same Monday.com source file) from every card. Does not delete the underlying Google Drive files.
Pulls each card's Monday.com "Updates" thread (including replies) into that card's Comments, so conversations happening on Monday.com show up here too. Uses the same Deliverables Board ID configured above. This is a periodic pull (on page load + this button), not a live push — Monday.com doesn't notify this app the instant something is posted.

Commuter AI is a built-in assistant (built by Chris Hinojosa) that can answer questions about this workspace — due dates, shifts, storage bins, labels, cards — and make changes for you when asked. It only knows about this app and won't answer unrelated questions. It's powered by OpenRouter using the free poolside/laguna-s-2.1:free model.

Backup your entire workspace or load a previously saved configuration.
Save a safety snapshot directly inside Supabase. An automatic snapshot is also taken once per day. Up to 10 recent backups are kept, and restoring lets you pick which one to roll back to.
